She Who Conquers began as the title of my very first solo art show—a deeply personal collection that celebrated resilience, transformation, and the quiet strength of women reclaiming their power. Each piece told a story of healing, identity, and the beauty that can rise from life’s hardest seasons. What started on canvas has now expanded into a full-circle creative platform—one that includes my podcast, writing, and retreat experiences—all under the same name. The heart behind She Who Conquers remains the same: to honor the multifaceted journey of womanhood, motherhood, and personal rebirth. Whether through visual art or spoken word, this space is here to remind you that you are not alone—and that you, too, are a conqueror.

  • Not at all. This experience includes lots of free time and quiet space for journaling, reflection, or solitude. You’ll always have the freedom to participate at your own pace.

  • Not at all! These projects are designed to unlock joy, not perfection. No experience needed—just an open heart.

  • You are responsible for getting yourself to Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Once you arrive, we’ve got the rest covered.

  • Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the upfront costs, all payments are non-refundable. If something comes up, your spot can be transferred to another woman.

  • A full packing list will be sent prior to the retreat, but plan on cozy clothes, comfortable shoes, a journal, and anything that helps you feel most like you.
